Good Morning...
Can you believe this is the
last day of August?
Bible Study with the Pack...
Watered the Lettuce and
fed the Fur Kids...
they ALL ate :-)
Out to the Barnyard...
All were waiting at the gate...
17 Hens, 1 little Roo
and 2 Ducks...
And these two
were also waiting
to come out...
This little guy
was in the Hay Barn...
he didn't care
that I was in there
getting a flake
of hay for the Girls...
Maggie's brother Korky
was greeting us from Paula's
back yard... he can see
our Barnyard from there
and always says
Hello when we are out there...
STILL picking
Cherry Tomatoes and Peppers...
Fiona was standing on the gate
for several minutes looking at the door...
I had to take her a treat...
They love regular
Saltine Crackers...
Made us an Egg Sandwich
for Breakfast...
the Avocados were not ripe enough yet...
Made some Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
(with fresh milled Whole Wheat
and fresh rolled Oats...)
These are mostly for
today's dessert
but plenty for the
Cookie Jar...
Headed off the hill
for Church...
Fifth Sunday is Youth Sunday,so the Youth sang and led the service...
two young men (one 13 and one 14)
preached the Word...
honestly, the DID preach...
we were so blessed to see the
faith and willingness to serve
in two very young men...
We had a Grilled Cheese Sandwich
when we got home and
sat down for a rest...
We put the Goats up before dinner
and took care of the chores...
I give them some Grain,
fresh Hay and
their Timothy Grass...
Fiona has her head in
the Grain bowl
and Baby is enjoying the
Timothy :-)
They like their house...
For Dinner we have
Kielbasa, New Potatoes,
Baked Sweet Potatoes,
Roasted Peppers
and Garlic Whole Wheat Toast :-)
YUM!
and I am heading for
the Jammie Drawer :-)
