Max was admiring himself in the mirror... no place is off limits to a cat...

Usual Quiet Time...

Usual morning chores...

A little chilly for the outside chores...

But the fowl care not!

Three eggs again...

Pretty morning, even if it is chilly...

Lanny widened my tomato garden and it's going to be so nice...a lot more room and I think I can put cucumbers on one fence and tomatoes on the other...

We had Ramen for lunch and Robbie joined us...

No time for a nap...we had to go down the hill to pick up some things from Tractor Supply and to pick up Sadie...

Daddy went out for a few minutes to enjoy the sunshine...

I grilled chicken and asparagus on the new flat top and it was perfect!

Lanny went to work at church and I am watching episode 4 of Star Trek / The Next Generation...I kinda like it :-)

Lanny won't get home til 8:30 so no movie tonight...

FYI... I finally managed to upload the chicken and duck video from yesterday...if it didn't load when you looked yesterday, just check now...it should be there...my chicks and ducks are awfully cute and well behaved :-)

Oh, and we watched Armageddon last night...Bruce Willis...

Our usual crowd, minus Max for Bible Study...he was on the futon in our room..

Normal morning chores...nothing out of the ordinary...

A bit chilly, but NOT raining!!!

Two eggs this morning, but I am NOT complaining...getting three a few days of the week really adds up!!

Fed my crew Chicken Noodle soup for lunch...no time for a nap. We had to run down and pick up a hospital bed from my friend Wendy....we don't need it yet, but it will come in handy when we do...

Rob and Austin are really getting busy out here...the walls are coming down and he will soon be moving them out to the edge of the deck...it's going to be a gorgeous BIG room!

It's a pretty view even before it greens up!

We brought the bed back in the truck and then went back down in the car to do our shopping...just a few things from Krogers and picked up some BBQ from Buddys for dinner...just too much going on today to cook...

Saw our Zoo buddies... I love 'em!!

Tuck (the little Zebu) was snuggling with the huge Fleckvieh/Pinzgauer "Oreo Cow" as the locals call him and the Buffalo Bull is just looking on...all three are often seen nuzzling each other...they are best buds!

The camels were out too... I love them too!

And our neighbor down below has some gorgeous horses... 

we love our drive into town...

Lanny is working on moving my small tomato garden fence out a bit...I will get a shot of it tomorrow...and we tried out our new burn barrel...it works just fine!!

Danny came over and we had Buddy's Pork and Chicken Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Chips, Cole Slaw...I love Buddy's and especially when I get a night off...I do love to cook, but everyone likes a night off now and then :-)

Oh, and my MisFits box came in...it is FABULOUS!!!

I'll be busy taking care of all these gorgeous goodies tomorrow...

Lanny is heading for the shower...I am sitting here in my jammies waiting for the movie to start... I think tonight it will be 2012...

Lanny was eating a bowl of cereal when he got home last night from church...the dogs, of course, were hoping to share...

Usual morning...Dad, meds, beds, dogs, cat...

Nice warm morning...but WET!!!

Three eggs again!!

Lanny and I ran down the hill to pick up a few things at Aldi's and look for some wood stove black paste/polish...gonna have to order it.

Made sandwiches for lunch and the dogs are still hoping to share...

Tried a new recipe and process bread...turned out pretty good!

Robbie is knocking out walls to expand his and Molly's shotgun house...they decided it was too dark and too small...after Christmas visits from all the kids it was obvious that it was just NOT going to work :-)

Paula's house is SO cute...she has done such a great job, and as I've mentioned before, 95% of the work she did all by herself!!!

Mom was visiting...

Today is Mom and Dad's 69th Anniversary...we celebrated with Spaghetti :-)

Lanny did the Potty Patrol and I put the chicks and ducks up...he took a video of the adventure... it may or may not be viewable...this blogger often leaves much to be desired...

So, he is in the shower, I am in my Jammies...dogs are waiting patiently and I am ready for popcorn and a movie...
