Thursday on Walden's Mountain... February 22

Quiet Time...

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light: which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy."
1 Peter 2:9-10 KJV

Good Thursday Morning...
I'm working on getting up a little later every morning...

Getting it toasty warm in here for our Study Time...

Bible Study with my Pack!

Greens...

It is definitely a Dog's Life around here...

"Is it breakfast time yet?"

Sunny iHeart Radio Time...

Burning some boxes...

Out to the Barnyard...
not very cold this morning..
NICE...
but then it got windy later in the day...

The Pied Piper...

Left over Popcorn...

Maggie hunting for anything :-)

"Time to go in Maggie."

We headed to town to take a walker to Viki...
hope it works for you!
It definitely served us well!

Then we took Mom's Bear Collection to the Police Department
for them to give to kids in crisis...
Mom would be happy about that!

We also took a box of new Crossword/Word Search Books
of Dad's to Canterfield Assisted Living...

Of course we passed the Ponderosa Shetlands...

And the Cows and Bulls...

And Camels...
I LOVE 'EM!!!

Made us a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich for lunch...

And then took our customary mid day Siesta Nap!

I've been sorting thru Mom and Dad's things...
I took all Dad's pants and a lot of his sweat pants and shirts to James...
They are just the right size.

I still had not really gone thru all Mom's things
so we are doing that now as well...
I'll be taking a lot of clothes to the Restore...
Mom had very nice clothes
and she always took very good care of them...
*****
Lanny took me out in the MULE...
It's been a VERY long time
since I rode with him around the property...
It is so beautiful up here, even in the winter...
He cut a little wood for the stove...

Also some young pine for the Goats...
they LOVE it!

The view of Paula's pasture
from below the Barns...

Dandy...

And Takoda in the back...

Made Spaghetti tonight...
yea, that is my plate!!!
I ate every bit of it!!

We thought we might do some things outside today but it was SO windy...
Whatever work there is to do out there will wait for us :-)

Evening chores are done...
We are ready to sit down on the couch with our pack
and watch "The Mummy"...
there are three of them...
there has been some talk about them making number 4
and I would be ok with that!!

Continue to pray for James and Paula...

God Bless
you all!
...and Good Night...
Sweet Dreams!
