 Quiet Time in Bible Study...

I did it again!

Got distracted with Puppies and

Morning sounds

and I didn't take my customary picture...

I actually got up a little earlier...

maybe that threw me off :-)

Otherwise, everything

is pretty much as it always is...

Murph is usually up on the back of the couch waiting...

And once Daddy comes in

Max is quick to get into his cuddle spot...

...for Bible Study Time

with the Lewis Pack!

Door is open

and we can hear the water,

the birds (including Bucky crowing :-))

and sometimes a distant train whistle...

we have a sweet Whip-Poor-Will singing out there...

Getting too warm under those covers...

Look at his arm!

Garden Time...

And Fur Kid Breakfast...

Sunny Radio...

Concentration!

Looks good!

Out to the Barnyard...

On a scent trail...

Buffy...

Lantana...

Calla Lilly

I try to give them a Rose or two

every day...

They Love 'Em...

And they enjoy fresh branches and leaves...

Elsa...

Pepper... I think she is my prettiest hen...

Lady Luck...

Pepper is pretty,

and sneaky... she is always 

in the back yard...

one picket is just wide enough

for her to get thru (she is petite)...

They both do...

Goats are funny...

they seem to know what they "need"...

some days they want the probiotics

and some days they don't...

Last day of April...

Time is FLYING by!!!!

Lanny is working on a beautiful stump...

Guess what it will be...

...and I am working on Egg Muffins...

Look at how high they puffed...

It's almond wood...

very hard wood,

tight grain...

Table or seat...

either one is gonna be beautiful

when he burns and sands and stains...

he LOVES working with wood...

Sanding...

Paula and I headed out around 9:30

for out Run Around Day...

scooted a little turtle across the 

driveway.... 

I love turtles...

Always get them off the road,

but put them the direction

they are headed or they

will come right back!!

Then, as we turned out of the driveway

we saw something on the road...

it was a dead Momma Possum

and when we stopped

we could see there were 

babies in her pouch...

We got them out

(there were only two)

and they were SO adorable...

We took them directly

to Little Ponderosa Zoo

which is just a few hundred feet

from our driveway :-)

We went to the CoOp

for some Goat Feed...

took some clothing

to KARM,

went to PetSmart

so I could buy a fish,

and then headed

for Dairy Queen....

We went to Food City after

we ate for a few groceries

and then headed home...

This is my new fella...

He is a Rose Petal Betta

but I wanted a boy name for him...

also wanted a character name

from a favorite movie...

I am thinking

"Vision"...

Do you know which movie/movies

that comes from? :-)

My egg gathering 

when I came home...

Fur Kid Dinner Time...

Lanny has stained it

and is now attaching

the two pieces...

Taking me out for a spin in the 

MULE...

washing the windows so I can see :-)

We are grabbing

blackberry bushes, tree limbs,

green stuff for the goats...

He also set his Minnow Trap out...

There are LOTS of Minnows in our little pond...

then he goes fishing for big catfish

and Bass in the Big Pond...

Lots of Frogs around also...

His tractor is sleeping down here...

He will take the battery up

and charge it...

may have to call our Tractor Repair Man :-)

Goats were peeking out from under the platform...

they pay attention when we drive up

in the MULE...

No dinner tonight...we will just snack.

The Goats are in for the evening,

Barnyard is buttoned up...

Pup Piles are disposed of...

We are getting ready for the evening...

We are going to watch

"Quigley Down Under"...

Tom Selleck, Alan Rickman 

and Laura San Giacomo...

A favorite!!
