Quiet Time in Bible Study!
The Lewis Pack...

Fed the Fur Kids their Breakfast...
And then it was Treat Time...
Out to the Soggy Barnyard...
At least we had two dry days....
Weather Man says this is the
way it will be all week...
The rain let up for a few minutes...
Morning Pup Pile Pickup...
It rained SO hard last evening
I was afraid the maters
would be knocked over...
fortunately I had
tied them yesterday
so they are fine...
Petal Time...
Blowing the Porch off...
Sparkly Day...
We had .67" over the last 24 hours...
felt like it was
all at once!
Rainy Day serenade on his guitar...
Washed the car off
so we could head down the hill...
Had to go pick up a
water filter for the fridge
at Home Depot...
Ran in to Food City for a couple things
and when we came out it
was pouring the rain...
a couple of ladies were standing
there with their full
carts dreading the trip
to their car...
so my sweet Hubby
walked each one out to their car
with the umbrella so
they could unload...
He is SO precious...
and then he brought the car
around for me
💕
Poor little girls...
they have a nice house
but they much prefer to be
sitting on the platform in the sun...
they sit in their doorway
and come out when the rain
let's up...
only to run back in
when it starts again...
I have four of the five burners going...
And the oven!!
I LOVE my gas stove!!!
Pinto Beans, Stewed Taters,
Spinach, Corn on the Cob.
Cornbread...
with Fermented Onions, Garlic filled Olives
and Boiled Eggs !

Not a lot of pictures today
because I haven't been able to
go out and play :-(
We managed to get everything
buttoned up for the evening
even tho it was raining...
Tonight we are going to watch
"Walk the Line"
about Johnny Cash....
Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon...
they do the singing in it
and you can't tell it isn't
