I tried to fix the gate so the littles
couldn't get in, but one of them did...
I think she slept with the Goats
all night :-)
Hello Saturday Morning...
a cool start...
Pack Time Bible Study...
Took care of the Lettuce
and then fed
the Fur Babies...
Out to the Barnyard...
earlier every morning...
Daddy fixing his Breakfast
and the Pups Treats...
Max doesn't even
like his breakfast,
but he thinks he might
be doing chicken :-)
Making Egg Muffins
for my Man and for Paula...
Also fixing some Ground Beef
to can... you have to lightly
cook because completely raw
would not can well... it would just stick
together in the jar... this way
I can without adding liquid
and the meat makes its
own juices...
The view...
Couldn't have planned this any better!
Muffins are done...
Paulas muffins
have only egg, cheese and sausage...
Lanny's has the above AND
kale and bell peppers...
Going into the Canner...
Sparkly Day...
Berries for Baby...
I let Baby eat half
and then threw the rest for the chickens...
they are jealous
because the Goats usually
get the berries :-)
Wren nest in the Fuchsia...
It's dead because I
cannot/will not water it
with a nest in there

I am having to tie up the tomatoes
about every other day because
they are growing SO fast...
these are the Cherries...
The Big Boys are slower
but covered with buds,
so doing very well...
Dog Day Mornings...
Paula gave Dandy and Takoda
a bit of hay...
And she was cutting some
hanging branches of oak
out of the drive...
the girls LOVE oak!
Canned Ground Beef
out of the canner...
cooling and sealing...
We ate the rest of the
Chili Mac for lunch...
Lanny mowed Rob and Molly's
"front yard" :-)
We sat on the porch for a
short rest...
it was actually chilly
and I had to put on my
denim shirt!
Fed the Fur Kids
their Dinner...
Rob is "eating weeds"!
HaHa... Weedeating the Kudzu!
For Supper we had
Bratwurst and Taters,
Green Beans and Carrots and Beets...
YUM!
Went out to
button up the Barnyard...
Maggie got her final
hunt of the day :-)

The Goats are in for the evening...
all the chores are done
and we are ready to start
our evening as well...
We will watch the last
"Left Behind"
tonight...
