Hello Thursday Morning...
I didn't open the door this morning...
it was a bit chilly...
Such a gorgeous Moon and Sky...
Maxey is coming for his Rubs...

I did take care of the lettuce this morning
but it has not changed since yesterday :-)
so no picture...
Fur Kid Breakfast...
Canning some Country Ribs this morning...
got them yesterday at UGO...

they are still making baby chick sounds...

I cooked some Brown Rice
in the InstaPot, with spices and
Chicken Broth...
then I packaged it in
quart bags for the freezer...
rice takes so long
and I often want some fast... :-)
Ribs are out of the Canner
and all have sealed...

are good to go!
We stopped at Git-N-Go
because it was already
dinner time...
had a Burger...
Came home and
Fed the fur kids
(late I might add),
and put the Goats to bed...
all is ready for the evening...
even us...
Tonight we are going to start
"Left Behind"...
there are three of them!
