I usually wake up around 2:30-3...
Most of the time I just run to the bathroom
and can go back to sleep...
Sometimes I cannot :-)
... so, here I am...
I figure I got enough sleep...
My sleep watch says I got 6 1/2 hours
and mostly "restful"...
Venus wasn't visible this morning
and Max never came home last night :-)
He sometimes spends the night at Rob's...
especially if there is a "party"...
A quiet Bible Study/Pack Time
this morning...
...until Max knocked on the door to come in...
he needed some Daddy Time :-)
Couch Potatoes...
Fed my Fur Kids, watered the lettuce
and headed out to the Barnyard...
Found a few camouflaged cukes...
Ducks enjoying the pond...
We ate half a grapefruit..
Then Lanny made his breakfast...
the avocados weren't ripe
so none of that this morning...
I miss it!
Max was in his chair...
Max just scooted over...
He never left...
Swimming in the Lettuce...
Out the window...
I've been in the kitchen all morning,
so I enjoyed watching the critters
while I kept an eye on the canner...
I canned another
six pints of our tomatoes...
that makes about 15 pints of Crushed Tomatoes
and about 8 pints of Salsa...
not bad for a little garden...
plus pickles, I nearly forgot...

Just Rob and his four youngun's...
He said it felt like the old days
when they were littles...
Then when they got home last night
they had Hot Dogs and more fun...

For lunch we ate some left overs...
Half a Rib, Roasted Brussels and
Pasta Salad...
Seeking shade...
I piddled around all afternoon...
nothing picture worthy...
For Supper we had some
Fish Sticks, Macaroni and Tomatoes
(using a jar of my recently canned tomatoes :-)
and there was a bit of Beet Salad left over...
YUM!
Took care of all the chores, inside and out...ready to head for the shower,
Jammies and tonights movie...
Continuing with John Wayne...

Sulu (George Takei) is in it
along with a bunch of
oldies but goodies...
