We headed to the Gym
a little later today because
I had a session with
the "trainer" for the
Evolt360 Body Scan...
I have pretty good numbers.
She showed me specific
exercises for my body
and goals.
I am trying to start all my
workouts with a
20 minute mile for now...
I will try to walk faster
little by little...
Got home in time to
feed the Fur Kids...
We ate a Subway Sandwich
for our Lunch/Dinner because
it was near 2:00 when we left
the Gym...

Well,the Goats are in for the evening,
the Chicks and Ducks
are happy enjoying their
evening treats
and we are heading for the house
to clean up and get into our Jammies....
We didn't watch a movie last night,
got home too late,
but we did watch a short
documentary episode...
We are watching about
volcanos and other
geologic events
that are shaping the earth...
it is a bit on the
"evolution" side
but we can enjoy them
from a Biblical standpoint
just fine :-)
Tonight we are starting
"Men in Black"...
there are three of them...
I love Will Smith
and Tommy Lee Jones :-)
I have ordered
The Chosen Season 5
so we will start at the beginning
after we do MIB and
go all the way thru...
we can usually watch
at least two episodes
a night...
