Wednesday on the Mountain... October 22

 Quiet Time in Bible Study...

Bible Study Time...

Everyone ate their breakfast...

Out to the Barnyard...

Early morning

COLD swim...

Dog Day Morning...

Dandy got some Carrots

before we went to the Gym...

On our way...

Sunrise...

This morning I lost track of time

talking with a Gym friend

and actually walked

1.25 miles in 20 minutes...

Ran over to UGO

and picked up some meat,

then headed home

to make our Breakfast,,,

The usual...

Then I cut up

and sautéed the Sirloin Tip Steaks

in olive oil and garlic...

I will freeze small

packages for meals...

we are trying to eat more

protein...

Paula has appointments this week

in preparation for her

knee replacement on Monday,

so we aren't going shopping

until Friday :-)

Out the kitchen window...

Hens in the Goat House...

but still no eggs???

Tiny bit of color change...

Sparkly Day...

Fur Babies Dinner Time...

For our Dinner we had

Pinto Beans, Sautéed Peppers, 

Onions and Mushrooms

and the Steak Bites...

YUM

Took Murph and Maggie out

to check the fence...

The Goats are in for the evening,

chickies are treated and also ready

to put themselves to bed...

All the chores are done...

Tonight we will watch

"Wild, Wild West"...

a favorite...

I love Will Smith...

not so much his life choices

but I love his movies :-)
