We had a wonderful time...
we were missing Kyra and
Isaac and Sky and the Great Grands
(I was so looking forward to seeing the babies)
but things happen and I am
SO blessed to have been able to
be with most of my Family...

And then out to the Barnyard...
a VERY different scenario than yesterday...
it is getting cold out there
and it is VERY windy!!!
They say that we are in store
for some winter weather!!!
Temp went down 10 degrees
since we got up...
Ethel was in the flock...
so whether she sleeps in the tree
or inside our Barnyard,
she knows where she is
supposed to be at mealtime :-)
Gave the Critters
the leftover Popcorn from last night...
they ALL love Popcorn...
Putting away the Christmas and
bringing out the Sunflowers...
Sadie made this for me a couple
years ago...
I love it...
And iHeart's Sunny Radio
displays a LOT of Sunflowers :-)
All three together...
Maggie is actually
touching Max!!!
I hate to put away the tree
so I just decorated it with
Sunflowers...
I may change out the lights
for clear later...
but who knows :-)
Maggie wasn't sure
where she wanted to be
when I sat down...
I needed a little rest...
My back is aching...
I think from being on my feet
all day yesterday
and probably lifting and moving
more stuff than I should have :-)
Rob made Chili yesterday
for his kids...
and he saved us some...
He is a GREAT cook...
he got that from me :-)
Sparkly Day...
The Goats are in for the night...
the Barnyard is secure
and ready for a cold night...
the temp has been
dropping all day
and I guess Winter is back!
Tonight we are gonna start
our Denzel Washington collection:
"Book of Eli"...
it is pretty brutal
but it is a
good movie...
He is one of my favorite actors
and he isn't afraid to stand up
for his faith in God...
