Christmas Eve for us...
I'll be doing some cooking and cleaning
in preparation for our
Christmas Party tomorrow night...
Starting out nice and warm...
expected to be in the 70's today...
Max is listening to see
if his Daddy is up yet...
Maggie making her way in
from our bedroom...
Bible Study Time
with the Pack...
Getting his cuddles...
And Maggie getting as close as she can...
Our Breakfast Time...
The Fur Kids already ate...
Yum...
added some raw honey to the mix
this morning...
a VERY healthy way to break the fast....

Out to the Barnyard...

with the rest of the Chickies...
She either stayed on this side of the fence,
or flew back in on her own :-)

they don't seem to mind at all tho...

to grab a few things to add to
our Buffet tomorrow night...
Doing a bit of cleaning today
for tomorrow's gathering...
not sure why we do it BEFORE...
there will be so many of us
no one will notice clean or dirty...
but it is what it is :-)

I vacuumed and mopped...
he is cleaning the bathroom
and making sure the tables and
chairs are dusted out in the Big Barn,
just in case anyone wants to eat out there...
Working on the pond leak as well...
he is doing it in steps
and there is curing/drying time
between...
Lanny and Rob are working
on Rob's Macerator
discharge...
Rob is up in the rafters...
worrisome for Momma,
but they are done and
everything is working...
all is well on the Homestead :-)

Made us a Fried Balony Sandwich
for our Supper...
the last bread I made is
HUGE so we need only half!
Called Dandy in to get his
Carrot and Cookie...
The Goats are tucked in for the night,
the Coop has been made ready for the
Chickens and Ducks...
Checked the Spy Cams...
...all the other outside chores are done
and we are getting ourselves ready
for an evening together
on the couch...
Snacks, cuddles and a movie...
We are gonna watch
