Good Morning Wednesday...

Looks like this Christmas Week

is gonna be quite warm!

Maggie is meandering in
from our bedroom...

And Max is heading back
to get his Daddy...

Murph is just snoring away
on his favorite perch...

Bible Study Time...

Fur Kid Breakfast...

And then out to the Barnyard...
Didn't even put on a jacket!!

Not sure if Ethel slept in the tree
but she is in the flock this morning...

Getting our one Duck Egg...
we did get another chicken egg
last night at nest check..

It's Sister Shopping Day...
we are just getting a few
groceries and some
Horse, Goat and Chicken feed :-)
so even Christmas Eve
shouldn't be too bad...

New kid in town...
a new little Donkey on Granite...

We went to Tractor Supply for our feed,
 to Aldi's for our groceries
and then to Arby's for lunch...

Checked on the Fur Kids
with the Spy Cam...

...and the Feathered Kids...

Lanny sent some pictures of
our Turkey Flock
enjoying the sunshine
and grazing
on the Grand Meadow...

We ran by Krogers but it was
a crazy mad house just in the parking lot,

so we went to Food City instead...

not as bad people wise,

but their computers were acting up...

we had no real agenda so

no worries :-)

Dandy was whinnying at me

so I figured he needed some Carrots...

He also wanted some Smarties :-)

Working on the pond leak...

This just popped up on my memories...
Mom said they were looking for me
and saw me coming down the hill
carrying one of Granny's hens...
I loved Chickens even then :-)

*****

All the outside chores are done,

the critters are all taken care of

and we are getting into our

evening attire...

Last nights movie was short so

it finished early...

We watched a movie

on my Prime "watch list" called

"Freedom Writers"

that was quite good...

It was a true story,

about a teacher at an inner city school

and you know how I like those :-)

Plus, it took place at Wilson High School in

Long Beach California...

I went to Poly in Long Beach...

... tonight we are gonna watch

"Miracle on 34th Street"...

the 1947 one with Natalie Wood...

there are several versions but this is my favorite...

also Maureen O'Hara and John Payne...

and the incomparable Edmund Gwenn!

Good Night,

God Bless Us Every One!!

Only one more sleep 'til Christmas!
