It's Tuesday!

Bible Study Time...
we can hear the Bob White
calling in the distance...
I have loved hearing Bobwhite all my life...
didn't hear them growing up in California...
you don't hear anything but traffic there.
But always in summer when we
came to Kentucky to visit the family
I loved hearing them...
but I never knew they were "Quail"...
learn something new every day :-)
Morning Barnyard Duty...
Both Ducks were waiting
to get into the Goat House
this morning...
Ahhhhh...
Elsa lays nearly every day
but Anna is very seldom these days...
perhaps she will
gift us with an egg today :-)

the Horseradish is growing
best of all...
we don't use much of it :-)

They are wriggling around in the
compost... LOTS of them!!!
And the chickens know
EXACTLY what is in this bin!!
Making us some bread...
I like to do the mix in my machine
if it is just one loaf...
Then I can do additional kneading
before I put it into a bowl
for first rise...
This is a mix of 2/3 fresh milled red wheat
and 1/3 organic bread flour...
It's a Dog's life...

Kody has a hard time
getting out from under
the cover :-)
