“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good,
for those who are called according to his purpose.”
Romans 8:28 ESV
“And you shall be my people, and I will be your God.””
Jeremiah 30:22 ESV
“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved
and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4 ESV
“My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the LORD; my heart and flesh
sing for joy to the living God.”
Psalm 84:2 ESV
“so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance
of the saints in light.”
Colossians 1:10-12 ESV
