A Day in the Life / Thursday, October 22

Started our morning with the Lord....

We headed down the hill around 8:30 so we could eat breakfast (at Waffle House), grab some pine flakes for the chickens at Tractor Supply and then head to the Anderson County Fairgrounds for early voting. The lines in Oak Ridge were very long but the Clinton lines were short...we were in and out in about 15 minutes...WE VOTED!!! How about you?

We were close to Hoskins Drug Store and popped in to check it out...well, that is where we will go for breakfast from now on...they were still serving and the smells in there were wonderful!!!

We came home and fed Mom and Dad some lunch and then sat on the couch for an afternoon snooze....we have been staying up entirely too late this week watching Marvel movies :-) It's 9:30 or 10 before we get in bed.

After supper (pork chops and gravy, mixed veggies, and mac and cheese) Lanny let me drive around the hills in the MULE. This is the most beautiful place on earth...Thank you Lord for this blessing!!

My herb garden is nodding and getting ready to nap for the winter, but this sage plant is hanging on...the butterflies are everywhere right now and these beautiful yellow ones were having a time out there on the red flowers...I took a quick shot of one, but all around there were more... beautiful!!!

"Ant Man and Wasp" on the big screen tonight....

Goodnight Y'all...
