Quiet Time....and absolutely one of my very favorite verses in the Word...

I called the vet as soon as they opened and made arrangements to get Max in to see a doctor...

Maggie must have known Max wasn't feeling well and she actually allowed him to lay close :-) until we put him in his carrier and headed for the vets office...

We had to leave him so they could get a urine sample and do some lab work. Turns out Max was a very good boy and gave them a sample pretty quick. He does have a UTI but is otherwise in GREAT SHAPE...and all the tech's and doctors were enamored by him...he is SO handsome and such a very good kitty!!

I go this screen shot from the pet cam while we were at the vets...the three fur kids were waiting patiently for us to return from dropping him off...

I made some fish sandwiches with left over fish filets from a previous dinner for our lunch and then you know exactly where Lanny and I headed...that's right! We headed for the couch to cuddle with the fur kids (minus Max) for a siesta!

We were able to bring Max home after lunch (and our nap :-). We brought him home with antibiotics, twice a day for two weeks! Yikes! Cats and pills...however, I put the three halves in a little canned food and he ate it right down...hope that continues. I do NOT want to try to pill a cat!!!

I made spaghetti and meat balls for supper and I am full to the rim, as usual. I am in my jammies and ready for a movie. We didn't watch one last night because it was late when Lanny got home...we finished a Star Trek episode and went on to bed. So...tonight is another Christmas Carol...this one with Patrick Stewart. I LOVE this one. He is such a good Scrooge!!
