Quiet Time by myself... Lanny slept in til 6!
I did have Maggie and Murphy to keep my company :-)
Made the bed and fed the fur kids and went out to play in the chicken and duck yard!
it happens...
Several days in a row I ran into this guys web...
well NOT today. Doesn't take me long to learn :-)
Had a little visitor at the pond this morning...
Lanny left early to go fish with his brother...
Two chicken eggs early this morning...
Another big batch of little tomatoes...
I love the little purple ones... so sweet!
Okra flower are really quite pretty... I didn't get my camera out in time to get the big bee enjoying himself in the the center of this beauty...
Fed Mom, Dad, Paula and me some fried baloney sandwiches for lunch and then ran down the hill to pick up Sadie at the bus stop.
I sure love watching these little acrobats this time of year...
flitting and fighting all over the yard!!
But now and then one will actually get ON the feeder and eat a bit!
Two more chicken eggs later in the day...
We had left over hot dogs from last night and they are just as good the second day :-)
Sadie went out to visit with the horses as she waited for Shelby to pick her up.
Papaw could have taken her on his way to church but she wanted Shelby to come get her because they stop for a treat on the way home :-)
Lanny cleaned up the puppy piles before he left and I put the chicks and ducks to bed.
I am finishing up this post and half watching a Star Trek episode.
I'm into recipes this week so I will do some reading and studying.
I love soaking, sprouting and fermenting grains...
trying new things!
