Last nights frog serenade...

I am in Heaven!!!

Mom buzzed me at 11 and that wasn't too bad :-)

She buzzed at 1:30 and I managed 

to get back to sleep after that, so all is well :-)

Dad was up at 3:45...

I made him a Breakfast Burrito 

and hit the couch! 

Maggie was waiting patiently...

Mimi sandwich, as usual...

I LOVE it!!

Two day germination...

I LOVE my Microgreens!!

Today is baking day for Wednesday orders...

I make a BIG mess (several BIG messes)

on Tuesdays!!!

Banana Bread Loaves...

Out to the Flock and Fluffle...

It's gonna be a GREAT day...

Expecting SUN!!!

Penny...

Elsa and Anna...

And Rhoda already working on one in the nest...

And Goldie thinking about it...

Banana Bread is done...

Made the men a Cheese Omelet, 

Sausage Patty and Toast...

Lanny is replacing the CPU board on the Freeze Dryer...

we have HIGH hopes!!

These Chickies LOVE their sandbox...

Lanny is rolling in the spools we bought yesterday...

Cleaned the Rabbit Hutches...

STILL enjoying that sunny sand box!

I made Dad a Ham Sandwich and Chips for lunch...

I forgot it was Tuesday and made Lanny's breakfast

so he went ahead and ate but then skipped lunch...

Made two loaves of Herb Bread as well

 

for this weeks orders...

AND!!! the freeze and vacuum test went great

 

so we are going to try a load of eggs...

Hope, Hope......

Following the "worm" truck :-)

He brings a load of aged horse manure and it is FULL 

of yummy treats for the chickies!

Nom Nom Nom...

Seven... forgot my basket again :-)

...makes ten for the day!

My new signs I ordered...

now I need to find some Bunny ones...

For supper we had Boiled Shrimp, Creole Cabbage, 

Mixed Veggies, Grapes...

Paula is going to use a large part of the decking 

we are taking down for her back porch deck...

they are figuring out how to get it over there :-)

Chores are all done...

Kitchen is clean...

Ready to put on Jammies and settle down for a movie...

I have no idea what we will watch tonight...

Monday on Walden's Mountain... February 27

Quiet Time...

Well, Mom buzzed me about every two hours last night...

hope that is just the antibiotics kicking in 

and it isn't going to be a routine :-)

Needless to say, my FitBit said 

I got a whopping 2 hours and 41 minutes sleep.... 

Yawnnnnn....

Dad slept til about 4:30...

I made him a couple Sausage Biscuits 

and he was good to go...

I like this Bible Project Bible Study...

there are always some interesting facts

 to go along with the day's reading...

Between my two fur babies...

Murph in his usual spot...

And Maggie in hers :-)

And my Honey in his... :-)

Microgreens are in so many different stages 

that I will just say they are doing great...

Take my word for it :-)

This one will be harvested today for sure!

And the Merlot Lettuce is growing pretty quick!

I hope they stick to these spots 

because they are easy to get to and safe...

Dad slept thru 8am breakfast time

so I made Lanny a Ham and Egg Sandwich 

with Microgreens...

Cinnamon Bread ready for second rise...

it is SO much fun watching them run around 

with "worms" hanging out of their mouths...

Taking the old pool deck apart...

still not what I want 

but much lighter than the last loaves...

I warmed up the Mexican Ramen from last night for the men and Paula came over to sit with the folks...

So Lanny and I headed down the hill to Rocky Top 

to pick up some big spools to make 

Goat Play Toys with...

The one big spool took up the whole width 

of the truck bed...

I forgot to take pictures of them so I will tomorrow...

Mail time...

Harvested a big tray of greens...

YUM!!

The birds love digging in the roots and stems...

Buttered Noodles, Chicken and Gravy and Broccoli...

Comfort food for a rainy day!!

Chores are done...

We are ready to settle down and watch 

another episode of Picard Season 3...

Last night we watched Woodlawn... 

a true story about revival in race torn Birmingham 

in the 70's ... it was very good!
