*****
Rise and Shine...
Waiting patiently...
Mimi Sandwich :-)
Ready for some light!
Second day germination...
I will harvest some of this for tonights salad!
Making Herb Bread for a BIG ORDER!!!
This is five pounds of dough...
I need five loaves for one of my orders!
Sparkley and Berries...
And then...
Out to the barn yard!
Oh MY!!
Is that a big rise or what!!
Five big loaves and a little one for us :-)
Made Lanny an Egg Sandwich...
with freeze dried eggs!
He said it was delicious!!!
Dad slept thru breakfast because he didn't get up until 6
for his first breakfast... and then went back to bed :-)
OK, so this is the procedure for a new Microgreen tray...
I have filled the trays with starter soil...
For the small trays (1010) I measure out
1/2 ounce of seed per tray...
And I use a shaker bottle...
it works great for even seed distribution...
The seeds are nice and evenly spaced...
I mist really good and cover...
With weights...
the weights force the seeds to push up and get strong!
Second Rising...
And DONE!!!
YUM!
This herb bread is really delicious
served with your dinner and salad...
Made the men Grilled Cheese Sandwiches for lunch...
Repotted the tiny seedlings into bigger pots...
this will be our salads in a few weeks...
And planted more lettuce in the little peat pellets...
One Herb Bread order ready...

Now for some Banana Bread...
This will be 3 large loaves...
9 bananas and 5 cups flour...

and ready to put into a jar...
And this is Tomato Sauce...
it turned out SO good...
I will powder it and use it for Tomato Juice
and as sauce for small batches of stuff
when I don't want to open a large can of sauce...
Left over "Whatever Stew" from yesterday
and soft flour tortillas...
