Quiet Time...
"For it is God which worketh in you
both to will and to do of His good pleasure."
Philippians 2:13 KJV
*****
Monday, Monday...,
so good to me....
Study Buddies...
this morning I am in "Song of Songs"...
Microgreen Time...
Into the Light....
Needs one more day under weights...
Out to my little Critters...
The new girls are still staying to themselves,
but no real fights or problems
and they roost right up there with the older gals...
This foursome sticks close together...
the two new black ones are a little braver
and come out with the old gals...
Look at the difference
in the duck egg and chicken egg yolk!
Made Lanny a Breakfast Taco...
I use only one egg for that...
the two eggs were for the brownies...
I am going to freeze these in packs of two and four
so I can have them for snacks in the evening
for Dad and Lanny or for our dessert after supper...
Paula and I headed down the hill around 8:30
to take her little Yorkie Cody to the groomer
and then we went to the CoOp...
I needed some hoof trimmers for the goats
and some scratch grains and sunflower seed...
Sat out in the very back for awhile
so the goats could browse...
they don't like to go back there alone...
when we move the garden back
it will open it all up and I think they will feel better about it...
I also picked the garden...
Lots of tomatoes in the bowl,
under the peppers :-)
And even a cucumber hiding out there...
More Skittles into the freeze dryer...
I have several orders for Skittles this week...
I warn all my customers that these are
highly addictive :-)
Later than usual,
but it is Sparkley Day!
Left over Mexican for Supper...
Daddy ate it as a main dish with a tortilla on the side...
Lanny made his into a burrito...
I ate mine as a soft taco but forgot to take a picture..
However we ate it,
it was delish!
Went out and sat with the Barnyard kids after supper...
gave them some crushed corn tortilla chips...
some scratch and some grubs to the chickies...
So now the day is over for us...
time for a movie...
we are finished with
The Chosen...
hopefully season 4 will be out soon...
Tonight Lanny has chosen to start with
Shakespeare in Love...
we usually follow that the next day with
Romeo and Juliet
Zeffirelli's 1968 version...
and often after those two we watch
Westside Story...
the classic 1961 musical "Romeo and Juliet"...
yea, we are weird.... :-)
Anyway,
Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
