Sunday on Walden's Mountain...December 10

Quiet Time...

"The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of the LORD,
make straight in the desert a highway for our God."
Isaiah 40:3 KJV
*****
Good Sunday Morning!

Ready for Dad...
He got up just as I sat down... :-)

But once he gets his coffee, meds and first breakfast
I can settle down with my Pack for Bible Study Time!

Three day germination...
tomorrow these will go into Black Out...
and I will need to start a new tray...

Stages of Lettuce Growth...

Lazy little critters!

Out to the Barnyard...
in the RAIN... again...

Sleepy Head...
actually, this is my little limpy gal...
and I think she is the only hen laying eggs right now!!!

The gate is open for the kids
but they won't go out in the rain...

So, it they can't go out and play they will just eat!!

Pancakes, Sausage and Oranges for the Men's
Second Breakfast...

We have not used this propane fireplace for the last three years...
Propane is WAY too expensive for our pocket book right now...
SO... we are going to move it back into Mom's room
and put Mom's Buffet here in this corner...
Lanny will mount the TV on the wall...
We have ordered a Woodstove for the other corner
so we won't need this for heat...
but if we ever can afford propane
we can use it in that bedroom...
it would be beautiful in a bedroom!!!

Fed the men some Tuna and Venison Sausage
with Saltines and Chips for Lunch...

The girls are still stuck indoors in this rain...

I bound all the calendars
and now only need to punch a hole and wrap them...
they will be ALL DONE!!!

Lots of rain today!!!

But it stopped long enough
for the girls to get some hay on their platform...

The wood stove will go in this corner by the kitchen...
the hutch will move into the dining room...

This is the stove...
It has a flat top so that I could make coffee or soup
if the electricity goes out :-)

Thaniel and Katie...

We had MimiLada's and all the fixing's......

Rob and Molly attended her nieces Christmas Program
so they were a little late, but made it just run time!

Chores are done...
time for Jammies, the couch, the fur kids, and a movie...
tonight we will watch an oldie!
"The Robe"
Richard Burton and Jean Simmons
and Victor Mature....
LOVE IT!!!
*****
Paula goes to the Radiologist tomorrow to be set up for treatment...
I have an eye appointment so won't be going with her...
James will get a PET scan on Tuesday...

Goodnight Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
