Bake Day...
Dad got up around 4:15...
I was ready...
No changes in the Green Room..
Straining the Goat Milk Yogurt for whey...
Starting on 8 dozen rolls!!!
There will be messes ALL day...
Dough for 4 dozen...
Another 4 dozen...
I can only do 4 at a time...
Out to the Barnyard...
Brrrrrr, it's cold!!!
...but no wind, so that helps!

Shaping is the hard work...
I don't have a good eye so I have to weigh each roll and keep pinching from others to get them even... rolls take me the longest of any of my breads...
Ready for tomorrow's deliveries...
I had to go out and get the hen out of the goats hay feeder...
Goats do NOT like chicken poo in their hay!!!
