Lanny got up at 3 to go to the bathroom,
saw those embers glowing in the stove
and decided to build a fire :-)
So I got up when I heard him clanging around in here...
forgot to shoot the clock, but it was about 3:10...
Dad didn't get up until nearly 8!!!
Slept thru First Breakfast :-)
Greens are doing well...
Day two in Black Out...
Out to the Barnyard...
Had to crack the ice on the pond,
but these ladies DO NOT CARE!!!
They love swimming in ice water!
Made the men a Loaded Omelet,
Toast and Oranges...
Maggie enjoying the warm blanket
in front of the fire...

Cleaning out under the ledge in the goat house...
there was a HUGE rats hideout under there...
no more!!
Pepper will dig 'em out if they come back...
Baby just cannot help but want to HELP!!
Our friend Tiffany (she is a Vet Assistant)
came over to cut our dogs nails today...
She is so sweet to come over to do it
so we don't have to load 5 dogs up and head to the vet!

Still nibbling on the Christmas Tree...
Dad slept thru lunch...
not sure what is going on...
Lanny and I ate a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich for Lunch...

Made Bean Burritos for Supper!!!
Threw out some old Tortilla Chips...
I am letting the goats stay out a little later
because if it snows
I am not sure they will come out tomorrow :-)
I will put them in about 5:30...
Tonight we will watch
