Praise the Lord,

I didn't wake up nauseated this morning...

every day a little better!!

This felt pretty normal... 

I am very sore and stiff

and cannot get up easily...

especially because I cannot just stand up...

I have to push off and not BEND!!!

Who thought of this stuff :-)

Lanny went out again

to take care of the morning chores...

it's cold and I am still in my jammies

and not much help...

I took screen shots from the spy cameras...

He is SUCH a good caregiver...

he is taking excellent care of me...

The bandages were rolling up and were uncomfortable

so he took them off for me...

...and got off as much of the glue adhesive as he could...

it feels a lot better...

Well again I sat on the couch (reclined) all day...

I have no energy and it wears me out getting up and sitting down...

But every day should get better...

Lanny ran down to Food City and brought home a few pieces of fried chicken

and stuff to make a milk shake :-)

I will take my medicine with the milk shake...

I am not taking any pain meds during the day

but have to at night so I

can get in and out of the bed...

it is quite an ordeal!!

We will watch the end of

"The Right Stuff"...

it was too long for one night...
