It's Friday!!!

Puppy Cuddles...

And a Max cuddle too...

Garden Time...

Microgreens are sprouting like crazy...

Fur Kid Breakfast Time...

Soaked Almonds in salt brine

over night and will drain

and rinse...

... then spread on the dehydrator trays

and dry for 12 plus hours...

it makes them much more

digestible and unlocks some other good nutrients...

Waiting for Daddy to finish making his breakfast...

SO serious...

And now...

she knows it is time to head out

to the Barnyard!

A bit chilly

but there is promise of 

another nice warm day!

I usually have some banana peels

from the night before

and Fiona likes them...

Baby doesn't very often want any...

Made us some Chicken Noodle Soup for lunch....

Awwwww...

So sweet... Baby kept laying her head

on Fiona's side...

Took Maggie and Murph out for a walk...

we went around the corral and Dandy and Takoda

were VERY curious...

Lanny was working on the road

with the tractor

so we walked a little ways down to see him...

it is steep and I am still not

sure enough of my footing to do it...

don't want to slip

and hurt my back...

Made a Beef Quesadilla for our Supper...

I had some left over London Broil

from the Beef and Noodles we had

night before last...

made a pretty good Quesadilla...

even tho I still cannot taste food

like it should be

since Covid.... My smeller and taster

are both on the blink... still!!! :-(

Goats are in for the evening...

the Barnyard is in order,

pup piles are disposed of

and we are heading for 

baths and jammies :-)

...so tonight we are going to watch

"Heart of the Sea"...

it's supposed to be nice and warm again...

feels like spring!!!

She will come on over soon... :-)

Yep!

Quiet Time in Bible Study...

I did finally plant a new Microgreen

and Lettuce tray yesterday :-)

The greens are swelling and popping open...

Fur kid breakfast...

Murphy didn't act like he was going to

eat for several minutes,

but finally came for his bowl...

he still took FOREVER

to eat it...

I have to sit and watch so that

Maggie doesn't eat it when

my back is turned :-)

Daddy's Breakfast...

And his admirers....

Time for the Barnyard shenanigans!!!

She spins in circles

because she is SO happy

to go out and eat chicken treats

(if you know what I mean...)

They were all out but when I got close

to take the picture

they got shy on me :-)

to pick up goats milk...

Mom and Dad's grave on the hill...

We picked up the milk

at the Speedway on Lovell

and then went to Turkey Creek

to waste some time 'til

Costco opened at 10...

Ran into Walmart...

I bought some lettuce seed

and some

plastic storage lids

for my mason jars...

We also ran in to Hobby Lobby

because I needed some

Fudge Brownie Wax melt...

Man it smells SO good...

Went to Costco for a few things

and absolutely 

MUST

eat a Hot Dog when we are there...

they are SO good

and you cannot beat

a huge all beef Hot Dog

with a drink for $1.50!!!

When we came home I

made Lanny some egg muffins

for the week...

Chickens in the Goat House!!

Fed the Fur Kids their Supper...

These are turkeys down by the creek....

Lots of turkeys...

Working on his wood...

burning, staining, whittling....

No Supper for us tonight...

Just snacks...

probably 

TOO many snacks :-)

The Goats are in for the night...

all is secure in the Chicken Coop...

Pup Piles are picked up...

All is well on the Homestead!

Tonight we will watch
