Last evening they came in from outside,
hot and panting...
I guess this was the coolest place to
wait for Movie Time...

Good Tuesday Morning!
It's my Birthday, number 72!
The number just doesn't click...
I am not sure what 72 should feel like,
but I don't think I feel it :-)
at least not most of the time...
Look at this gorgeous Moon
and Venus!
This is becoming one of my
favorite parts of the morning...
coming out and checking the sky...
Max is watching his Daddy
take his blood sugar and
do his insulin...
I wondered if
his Dad had offended him
in some way...
he sat with his back to us
for a bit
before he came over
to take his customary spot...
This little guy walked up
our driveway and into our lives
8 years ago this week...
we had lost our Miss Kitty
a few months before
and wanted another kitty...
and God sent us Max...
he is probably the
best kitty we've ever had...
certainly the most lovable!
And he is definitely
the most handsome!
Fur Kid Breakfast Time...
He looked at it for a moment
but I ignored him...
maybe I should do that every day :-)
Out to the Barnyard!
Lucy and Ethel...
Idiots!
Rain, snow, sleet or hail...
Gave Dandy a couple Horse Cookies...
Then we headed down the hill...
Guess where we were going...
Just after sunrise...
Yep...
we started today...
it's about time!
We get Silver Sneakers
and we ought to take advantage of
the benefits that come with age :-)
I walked one mile in 20 minutes...
I thought that was pretty good.
I also did some leg and arm work...
I need to ask my doctor
what kind of other things
I can do with screws in my back...

The loose screws in my head
are of little consequence!!
Dog Days for sure...
Gave the Critters a Lettuce Tray...
Bringing in a new hay bale
for the Goats...
It's Tuesday, so we haven't eaten so far today...but....
we are meeting Janie and Johnny
at Cheddars this afternoon
to celebrate my Birthday!

to spend time with Friends...
