Quiet Time in Bible Study...
🌤️
“but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:31 ESV
“Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.”
Colossians 4:6 ESV
“Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.”
1 John 2:15-17 ESV
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.”
Romans 8:18, 26-30 ESV

Good Morning Friday....
This morning I am thankful for
the Moon and the Stars...
every morning when I open the Bay Doors
I look up and (on clear mornings)
I am amazed at the beauty
and expanse of the skies...
I LOVE the stars and the moon
and I am reminded of one of my
very favorite verses...
“When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,
what is man that you are mindful of him,
and the son of man that you care for him?”
Psalm 8:3-4 ESV
The Ladies are not always cuddling
in the night, but nearly always touching...
I love peeking at them on the Spy Cam...
Bible Study Time
with the Pack...
Cuddle time...
And Sparkly Day...
every other day...
that means that each jar
ferments two days
and the end result is a
very healthy four day ferment!
And it is delish!
Out to the Barnyard...
Always waiting for a hand out...
they don't deserve one...
I have not had a single egg
from these hens
for over two weeks!!!
Elsa lays an egg nearly every day
but Anna hasn't laid in a very long time...
my hens are getting old,
except for the four "Littles"...
they should at least be laying a
few eggs a week!!
Maggie did her morning
fence check...
All is well in the Barnyard...
Paula took care of Dandy this morning...
I may be off duty now :-)
She is getting around pretty good
and more than ready to get back to
her usual business :-)
But it has only been 11 days
since her surgery...
we are impatient patients in this family :-)
Morning Moon...
it's Waning...
Glove weather...
Heading for the Gym...
Sunrise...
Came home and made Breakfast...
Minus the Toast...
Milled some Wheat Berries...
...for some rustic tortillas...
Gave some to Rob and Molly as well...
Thru the Kitchen Window...
Lanny is working on his
weed eater...
So he can "eat" some Kudzu
down around the Meadow!
This may have been the best
Chicken Potato Soup
I have ever made!!!
YUM!
Evening Pup Pile Patrol...
Putting the Barnyard to bed...
The Ladies finally have some
peace and quiet...
Heading for the shower
and Jammies...
Tonight we will continue with
"The Terminator"...
*****
Good Night Dear Family and Friends...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
