It's a shame to move her,

Good Morning to the Weekend!
Kinda warm this morning...
We had about 1/2" of rain last night
and lots of rumbling thunder!
This morning I am thankful
for the God-given desire to learn new things...
for the excitement (like a child)
when we accomplish something new...
I love trying new recipes,
especially with sourdough
and ancient baking techniques...
and I appreciate the failures...
it's the best way to learn...
Max came down off his perch
and stands on his Daddy's tummy...
he is very heavy for a cat!
But he settled in...
Time for Breakfast...
And then out to the Barnyard...
AM Pup Pile Patrol...
And then off to the Gym...
it is SO foggy this morning...
Avocado and the last
Blueberry Muffins for Breakfast today...
Gotta make some more...
they were delish!
Lanny and I ran down to Aldi's for a few
groceries and then over to
Tractor Supply for some feeds
for Paula and Cat Food for us...
On our way home we came upon a
little dog acting scared and lost...
We tried to call her
and I stopped a few cars
so she wouldn't get hit...
then we heard someone calling
in the distance,
and she responded to that...
her name is Lala (sp)
and I am SO glad she was
only a little bit lost...
Our old boy Buster used
to forget where he was...
I warmed us up the
left over Creamy Potato Soup
from last night and it was
still YUMMY!
I was playing in the kitchen
all afternoon watching some
"Farmhouse on Boone"
Homemaking videos on YouTube...
For Supper we had some
Baked Butternut Squash,
Steamed Broccoli,
Steak Bites that I had frozen
a while back
and Salmon Patties...
I had planned to do
Salmon Burgers
but my bread didn't work out :-(
one of those "learn from"
failures :-)
It was still Yummy
and our bellies are full...
The Goats are in for the night,all the other chores are done
and I am heading for the showers..
Tonight we will continue with
"The Terminator"..
I like this one
because he is a good Terminator...
the back story is that after he made the first movie
he didn't want to be a bad guy any more...
I like him as a good guy :-)
