Quiet Time in Bible Study...
☔️
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?”
Psalm 56:3-4 ESV
“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
Hebrews 4:12 ESV
“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:15-16 ESV
“Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”
Ephesians 4:28-29 ESV

Prepping our movie
last night...
we enjoy movie time
every evening...

Hello Sunday...
warmer this morning
because of the rain...
This morning I am thankful
for a warm bed to sleep in...
and in spite of the
many "inconveniences"
of getting older,
I am thankful for
restful sleep...
I do wish we could stick
to one time...
I wouldn't even care which one...
this morning I woke up around
2:30 Standard Time
and really didn't go back to sleep...
It will take me a while to
get into this time so that
I don't wake up 'til 3:30...
I think I will just
quit trying to stay in the bed
and get up no matter
how early it is...
I am retired...
I can take a nap :-)
Waiting in their
respective places...
I have never seen them
change places...
Checked on the Ladies...
Cuddling as usual...
Max found his spot
in his Daddy's arms...
he usually puts that
arm to sleep
and Lanny has to move him off...
he is much heavier than he looks!
Bible Study Time...
Fur Kid Breakfast Time...
And an hour earlier
out to the Barnyard...
It's misting,
so they will stay in or
in front of the
House 'til it stops...
After I took care of our critter
I went to take care of Dandy...
He comes running when he
hears me coming...
he likes rain and was
out in the pasture...
Made our Breakfast...
the avocado was still a bit hard
but tasted OK...
I am ordering more from
Costco today...
I love InstaCart!!!
We didn't go to church this morning...
Lanny was a bit under the weather...
*****
The chickens were out of the rain
inside the Goat House,
of course...
The Goats were in the doorway...
I think the Chickens
often annoy them
but they don't like the rain
so won't completely leave :-)
Max surveying his wet domain...
from the comfort of
the dry perch :-)
Fed the Fur Kids their Dinner...
Turkey over in the meadow...
They don't mind the rain...
Mexican Ramen for Dinner...
Yum!
Rob and Molly came over...
I took Paula some because
she didn't think she could
walk this far,
especially in the rain!
The Goats were ready
for bedtime...
and a little privacy...

Finally, some peace
and quiet...
Our backyard chores are all done
and so are Paula's...
ALL the critters
up here on the mountain
are ready for the evening...
and so are we...
Tonight is
"Harry Potter:
Order of the Phoenix"...
*****
Good Night Everyone...
God Bless your Evening
and Sweet Dreams of Thanksgiving!
