Today I am thankful for
my health... lots of
age related aches and pains,
but overall, I am
pretty darn healthy...
Thank you Sweet Jesus
that I can take care of my
home and my family

critters that depend on me...

Took Paula's bandages off...
looks good... a bit bruised
but she is healing well...
Foggy on our way to the Gym...
Not pushing it right now...
The screensaver is on Autumn leaves...
we are listening to classical
and the leaves go SO well with that...
Made breakfast and this morning
I used freeze dried Eggs
that I put up in May 2023...
tasted great!!
I got some fresh, organic
green beans and snap peas from
Misfits Market...
Air Fried them and
will freeze for future side dishes...
we nibbled and they are
GOOD!!!
Also got some Purple and Yellow
Sweet Potatoes and I am
Air Frying them as well
to put in the freezer...
More couch time
for this bunch...
We are heading back down to the Gym
for our Assessment... checking
weight, fat mass, body mass, etc. etc.
Dandy was neighing
at me so I gave him a cookie...
We did the assessment,
went to the CoOp for some
chicken and goat feed,
then went to Food City
for some Salsa and
a couple other
things...
Then...
we got us a burger at
the Git-N-Go...
We brought Paula one as well
so that will be our dinner..
Out the Kitchen Window...
gave them the ends and
pieces of the cabbage...
...I am Air Frying
some Cabbage Steaks :-)

Fish Babies and a Momma or two...
the pond did SO well this year!
PM Pup Pile Patrol...
Paula went out with me
as I fed Dandy and put him to bed :-)
she is getting around pretty well...
All the outside chores are done...
ALL the critters are happy...
I am heading back to clean up...
I brushed Dandy (he was covered
in dried mud, where he rolls in it!!)
so I am very dusty, all over!!
Tonight we continue with
"Harry Potter:
The Half Blood Prince"...
