Max on Daddy's side,

I checked on my Ladies...

look at Baby,

using Fiona's hip as a pillow...

Hi Dad...

he just has to touch him...

I am SO thankful

for my mind...

for the God given capacity

to read, see, hear

and mostly understand 😊

His Word...

And what is so amazing is that

the same passages I read today

have touched me in ways

that they never did before...

His Word is living,

so it addresses what is going on 

in my life right now!

Thank you Lord!!!

"For the word of God is living and active, 

sharper than any two-edged sword, 

piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, 

and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart."

and didn't want a cookie just yet...

Heading out for the Gym...

The Ponderosa Shetlands...

Sunrise...

We decided to go out for our

Sister Shopping Day today...

Paula has Physical Therapy tomorrow...

so, Lanny followed us in his truck

so he could see where some free

wood is stacked up by one of Paula's friends...

He lined that all up with the men

who were doing the cutting,

and then we ran over to Shoneys!!

YUM!

After Breakfast Paula and I went to Hobby Lobby,

then to Aldi's and then to Food City...

Didn't have much to buy today

but we like to go run around

once a week :-)

Piddled around all afternoon

and even took a little snooze on the couch...

Around 2:30 Lanny went back over to 

load up his truck with some free wood...

they arranged for him to come

back after they were finished cutting for the day...

So I took care of the Barnyard Chores

for the night...

Ran the chickens out of the Goat House...

and while I was out there

a Hawk swooped down and scattered them

all over the place...

he didn't see me I guess...

He didn't grab anyone

or even touch them...

not a thing we can do about hawks...

electric fences only keep

the four legged predators out...

Everyone is ready for the evening...

so are we...

tonight we will watch one of our favorite

older Star Trek movies...

"First Contact"...
