Winter Weather Advisory...
but it was a dud...
NO SNOW this morning...

He is thinking about coming down...

Out to the Barnyard...
We had a hawk attack yesterday and these two
feel safer in the water I guess...
I think they are too big and heavy
for a hawk, but I guess
you can't be too careful...
The hawk got one of our
Barred Rock Ladies...
so the hens are being cautious as well...
On our way to the Gym...
very cloudy day...
Lanny made a fire as soon as
we came home...
Maggie leaves when we
are doing most anything...
she is a bit odd...
then yaps at the door
until we beg her to come in...
Max was very happy...
Makin Breakfast...

It's not always easy
to work around this cat!!
Baked the Multi Grain
Sourdough that was
fermenting overnight
in the Fridge...
it came out really good!
Giving me the cold shoulder...
But he did take a couple cookies...
Lanny and I ran down the hill to
do some "Thrifting"...
I was looking for some
cast iron pieces...
hopefully a bread pan or two...
came home empty handed...
Max is STILL enjoying
the wood stove...
Decanted the Sparkly...
Darn!
I made a big InstaPot of
Beef Stew for Supper
and didn't document it...
Paula came over and
we were yakking
and it just slipped my mind...
but it was beautiful
and delicious :-)
The Goats are in for the night...
all the other chores are done...
We are in our Jammies
and ready for our evening...
Tonight we will watch
the third
"Die Hard"...
