It's Friday!!!
Good Morning!
Bible Study Time
and the door is wide open
so we can listen to the rain!

Heading out to the Barnyard...
misting rain... but very warm!
Egg hunt...
the ducks have been
hiding an egg or two in the
mint around the pond...
"I'm not coming out in this rain!"
The fish were very frisky
this morning...
I think they like rain!
We might get a peach or two...
Milk weed...
almost ready to bloom...
Rose of Sharon
doesn't have buds yet...
Herbs doing fine...
AM Pile Patrol...
They have spent nearly all morning
inside because it is spitting rain...
But these two do not care!
Came out during a break in the rain...
I know they get bored
staying in on a rainy day :-)
Rob is working on their porch roof...
the water pours off the barn roof
and they have really
needed a cover over their deck...
Lanny took me down to Oak Ridge
to get gas a grab a burger...
Passed the Shetlands in the
Ponderosa pasture...
Checked on our Pups...
in the Pouting Room,
of course...
We went to Freddy's...
We both had Jalapeño Burgers...
Raining a bit harder
so several of the hens
joined them in the Goat House...
The rain was light when we got home,
so we went out to the Barnyard
to get everyone ready for bed...
Gave the Girls some
Grain and Saltines...
Checked on the Mountain Swallow nest...
one hatchling so far!!
Five eggs today...
Tonight we are, just for fun,
gonna watch
"Planet of the Apes"...
yea, the old one, made in 1968 with
Charlton Heston, Roddy McDowall, Kim Hunter...
Love it!!!
