This is from last night watching Indiana Jones, Raiders of the Lost Ark...
...minus Max because he had to stay overnight at the Vets :-(

Normal morning chores - I got Dad all situated with his coffee, donut, meds, inhaler, bed made...
Murphy LOVES the fireplace and goes to the bench even before I get the fire going... then Mitzi and Maggie give him the eye...they play musical fireplace :-)
This was a sad sight...five dog bowls and an empty kitty plate...Max isn't here.
I'll call as soon as the vet opens to check on him...
Lanny really missed his little buddy this morning...three dogs do not a cat make :-)
We had a dusting of snow...pretty...
As usual, ducks and chickens are unimpressed...
I made some Fruit/Jello/Marshmallows for tonights dessert...Mom has a real sour aversion :-) so I add the marshmallows to tone down the sour...
I also boiled some duck eggs..if you have never eaten a duck egg I hope you get the chance some day...they are so yummy!
I fed Mom and Dad and Lanny grilled cheese for lunch...the dogs are such beggars!!
We managed a Siesta today... with no interruptions...

I made Baked Salmon Filets, Potato Cakes and Yam Cakes (from left overs), Green Beans and the left over Buttered Noodles...yummy!
Still no Family Night crowds..hopefully soon...
So, Lanny took care of the Puppy Potty Patrol, I put the Chicks and Ducks to bed and now the fur kids are watching from the couch...
We will be watching Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom tonight... maybe eat some popcorn from the snack bar and cozy up with the fur kids... Max is doing well but they are going to keep him at least another night...it's amazing how much you can miss a little fur kid...
