A Day in the Life / Wednesday, February 10

Quiet Time....

“For where two or three gather together as My followers, I am there among them.””

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:20

*****
Maggie definitely needs to relax...she is SO stressed :-)

Poor little Mitzi wanted to lay in front of the fire and Murphy refused to move...

...but patience paid off...finally...

I took care of Dad's meds, made his bed and straightened up his room...
fed the fur kids and made our bed...

Wednesday is meds day...I fix Mom and Dad's meds for the week...

I am learning to be a nurse :-)
*****

Nice, warm morning for outside chores...

The fowl kids were ready and waiting to start the day...

Lanny is working on mic assignments and settings for Sunday evenings' Concert at Calvary...

He also made air holes in the bottom of my burn drum so I can burn my own paper trash sometimes instead of letting him have all the fun :-)

I cooked up the spinach and mustard greens that came in my MisFits market box yesterday.. smelled SO good...

I also cut up one of the green lettuce bunches and the broccoli for tonights salad...Sadie loves "trees" (broccoli) so I will let her eat all she wants tonight and then cook them up for us tomorrow...

Casey decided he wanted to nap with my gang today...
he just can't jump up on the couch :-)

Lanny and I took a quick snooze before we went down to get Sadie at the Bus Stop...

**********

We had MimiLada left overs from the freezer, Salad and Chocolate Pudding for supper...

Lanny ate a bite early because he had to go the the church at 3:30 for more rehearsals for the concert...

So it was just the four of us...

Then we went out to play with the horses and see Paula and Shelly until Sadies ride came...

She was jumping rope...

Dinner time for the horses...

Sadie likes taking photos of everything...I think she could be a photographer...actually, she could be just about anything she wants to...she is very talented!

Max was on top of the hay bales...keeping watch...

Shelby came for Sadie, I took care of Puppy Potty Patrol and putting the chicks and ducks to bed...I will put on my jammies and watch a Star Trek episode or two til Lanny gets home...probably too late for a movie...

I wanted to share this with you...my daughter-in-law Tasha made this gift to me for Christmas several years ago...it is on the wall in our bedroom and is about the last thing I see when I turn out the lights..its song book pages from an old hymnal with the music to some of my favorite hymns...I often see it thru the day and a hymn will catch my eye and I find myself humming or singing it... such a special gift and I love it... just thought I'd share that :-)

Goodnight Y'all... God bless America!!
