The fur kids joined us for Bible Study...even Max...
After our Quiet Time I made the beds and fed the pups and kitty and headed out...
Lovely morning. Cool, at least for a little while :-)

Three duck eggs, and later in the morning 4 chicken eggs...
Went out to visit with Dandy and Takoda...

Making some cold, slow ferment whole wheat bread...I did the dough for overnight ferment today and will bake tomorrow...
Well, the okra was TOO big. I tried roasting it but it is too fibrous. The small ones were delicious but I let these get away from me hidden in the tomatoes...
Paula and Shelly got a load of sawdust today for the stalls...
HOT work!!
Begging for treats...
Tomatoes just keep appearing no matter how many we eat!! :-)
Called Mom and Paula and Shelly in to cool off and have some lunch...
I sat down to do some reading and this is what happens...

It was so hot and we needed a break so Paula, Mom and I went in the pool...
Lanny joined us after a bit. It was VERY nice...
the water is 87, which is a bit warm to me,
but still cooler that the 94 out of the water!
For supper I made Pork Chops and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and the Roasted Okra (we managed to get a few bites...the small ones were delicious).
Lanny cleaned up the back yard, I finished up the dishes and went out to put the chicks and ducks to bed. Still a little chasing and coaxing, but getting better each day.
I am in my jammies finishing up this post and waiting for Lanny to come in...
he is probably mowing some more.
We will probably watch more of The Chosen...
