Quiet Time...

Study Buddies...

Finished our Quiet Time Bible Study and Devotional Readings...

Made the beds and fed the pups and kitty...

Headed out at 6:30 to care for the chicks and ducks...

Three duck eggs...

I made some home made cottage cheese...

Later in the morning we were gifted with three chicken eggs...

one from my black Maran and the other two from new girls...

Lanny and I headed down the hill at 10 to get some chicken feed and scratch at Tractor Supply and to do a run to Costco... 

to stock up on a few things that only Costco has...

Came home beat and tried to rest a few minutes, but it was time to feed the dogs and other things, so we just rested for a few minutes and then went back at it...

Lanny is dressed to mow...

I sifted my meal worms and separated out the pupa...

One of my slotted spoons is exactly the right size to let the worms fall thru but the pupa to be caught...

I put the pupa by themselves to continue to grow into the cute little beetles...

and then the whole thing starts all over :-)

I took a few handfuls of the worms out to the chickens and ducks...

they LOVE 'em!

Lanny mowed the back yard and then headed down to work on weed eating the driveway...

We had Chili Mac, Cornbread and Biscuits for Dinner...

Yum!

I put the chickens and ducks to bed... they are getting into the groove...

it is a little easier to get them into the coop every evening...

Lanny is in the shower...

I am in my Jammies and finishing this post.

I think we are still in The Chosen...

Perhaps some popcorn is in the future...
