A Day in the Life / Monday, August 2

Quiet Time...

“Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:2‬

*****

Max joined us this morning...used to be the norm but now he seems to like the bed better :-)

Murphy got the spot right next to me so Maggie had to lay on the back...she is really put out when Murphy beats her to my leg!

After our Bible Study time I
made the beds and fed the fur kids and then went outside around 6:40...
later sunrise every day...

Two duck eggs and a Bossy egg later today...
tomorrow we will have three new hens so I should be getting more eggs come Wednesday!!

Had a sweet juvenile hummer playing around the feeder...when the others aren't fighting her off...it's a game and they are good at it!!

My Bossy egg...she is the only white layer so I always know when it's hers...

I took Mom and Dad to the Podiatrist this morning. They always enjoy this doctor visit.
They are SO nice and friendly and funny at Arches Foot Care.
I left my phone at home so I didn't have a camera. I had planned to take a picture of them in the office getting their foot rub :-)

*****
When we got home I fed Mom, Dad and Paula a tomato sandwich for lunch...
Lanny was at his brothers.
No nap today...
Lots to do.

Mom and I ran down to the Food City to shop for tomorrow's Family Night.
I am making Hot Dogs tomorrow night...that is absolutely a favorite with my extended bunch!! And easy!!

Tonight we had Spaghetti, Garlic Toast and Salad for supper.
Spaghetti is always another favorite around here!!

I took care of the chicks and ducks, cleaned their ponds and water buckets, and put them all to bed.

The kitchen is clean, the puppy piles are picked up,
we are in our Jammies and I have no clue what we will watch tonight.
But it doesn't matter... it's the sitting together eating popcorn that is the main thing!

Goodnight Y'all...
God bless, and Sweet Dreams!
