Waiting for her Daddy to get up...

Dad got up around 5 for his coffee and donut...
Skipper is wondering if it is 6 yet...

6 am... so it begins...
two chicken eggs later in the morning...
Lanny and I went down the hill to Aldi's around 9...
on the way home Paula called and said a little black and white Pigeon flew in and just wouldn't leave... very tame and very hungry... obviously someone's baby.
So, Paula took her to Ponderosa Zoo...
Fed us all Fish Sandwiches for lunch...left over fish sticks on hamburger buns...
Yummy!!
The Comfort Keepers nurse came unexpectedly at 11 to give Dad his shower.
It was supposed to be 6 this evening... So we went ahead and fed her a sandwich and then she gave Dad his shower :-)
THEN Lanny and I settled down for a little snooze.
I made "Stewghetti" for supper...Left over beef stew from Wednesday and some left over spaghetti noodles...it was really quite good! Along with Green Salad and Honey Roasted Cherry Tomatoes.
After I cleaned up the kitchen Mom and I went down to get the mail... we took a round about way... I took her out into the property. Not far, because I am a directional dial tone, but we had a good time...
Saw some wild turkeys... females...
Lanny was watching us come down the hill across the creek and got a shot of us from the pole barn...
I picked up some Kudzu on the lawn mower handle on our way around out there...
And we got a proper greeting when we got home...
then who knows were we will go from there!
