Monday on the Mountain... November 21

Quiet Time...
“And He said to them, “Go into all the world
and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬ ‭ESV‬‬

*****
Mom had another bad night...
She finally settled down around 2 and slept until 8:30!!!
If I could get her to sleep that long starting around 8 PM we would have it made :-)
She seems a bit less confused today so we will hope that's a good sign...

*****
For your viewing pleasure...
Look at this fabulous group of kids from Calvary...
Sadie is the pretty one fourth from the right on the front row...
They went to Hearts on Fire this past weekend and Sadie was SAVED!
She went forward several years ago during Bible School and was Baptized
but I think she didn't really get it back then... but she's got it NOW!!!
We are so thrilled and so proud of her!!!

*****
Dad wasn't up yet so I got all his goodies together...
He slept until around 5...

We spent our usual time in Bible Study with the fur kids
and I officially started my work day around 5:30...
I turned on the grow lights when I got up but went in to water and check on the
microgreens before I made the bed... gave Max an extra minute or two :-)

They are all doing great!!

Max got his Momma cuddle on the way to the living room...

The beets don't seem to be germinating as well...
I am going to have to do some studying up on that!!

The peas need another day in black out...

Waiting for the Breakfast Bell :-)

Headed out to the flock!!
It is VERY COLD!!!

The surface of the koi pond is frozen except where the water is falling...
the fish don't mind a bit!

Lanny will get my new Freeze Dryer up and ready today so I cut up some apples for the regular freezer and they will be ready to pop into the Freeze Dryer!!
You don't have to pre-freeze but it just saves wear on the FD
and since the regular freezer is running anyway it's practical!

Made Dad and Lanny Fried Eggs, Sausage and Toast for Breakfast...

I was busy with Mom and then did some cleaning here and there...
Lanny and Dad went down to Tractor Supply for some more materials...
we really are nearly done with the hutches :-)
Lanny wants them to be just right!

I made Grilled Cheese for lunch and Mom ate half a sandwich
and sat up quite a while...
Then Lanny and I actually sat down for a "few" minutes... literally!
But it was a good few!
All three dogs wanted ME!

Planted three more trays of Microgreens...
More Salad Blend, Radish and Broccoli...

I harvested the two big trays: the Salad Blend and the Cabbage...
I meant to take a picture of the big bowl of harvested greens...
Well, I gave some to Rob and Molly and this is the Salad I have put together for tonights dinner... haven't added the dressing yet. I usually just drizzle some olive or sunflower oil and a vinegar (tonight will be balsamic) and some salt, pepper and garlic... it is SO yummy!!!

Only one egg today...

So close....

Baked Potatoes, Microgreen Salad and Garlic Artisan Bread...

Chores are done...
Tonight will be the fourth Harry Potter...
Goblet of Fire...
They start to get a little darker from now on...

Pray for Momma...
she has seemed clearer minded today
so I am hoping for a good night for both of us :-)

God bless and Sweet Dreams!

“Think of all the good moments of this
day and keep a smile for tomorrow!
Good night!”
