Sunday in the Mountains... November 20

Quiet Time...

“Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise!
Give thanks to Him; bless His name!”
Psalm‬ ‭100‬:‭4‬ ‭ESV

*****‬‬
She always looks broken :-)

Well, Mom and I didn't have a very good night.
She buzzed me starting at 9:30 and all thru the night...
She is so confused and doesn't know where she is.
Pray for her and for me...

Dad slept til 6...
I had his stuff ready...
God is good.
I only had Mom to deal with til then...

I did get to have Bible Study...
just broken up into sections :-)

Decanted the Sparkley...

Made Dad his Breakfast Burrito...

Watered all the Microgreens and put a few in black out.
Most will be uncovered to go under the lights tomorrow :-)

Out to take care of the flock!

COLD!!!

Lanny was already on his way to church.
Made Dad a couple Pancakes on a Stick for his second breakfast...

Made a pan of Brownies for our Sunday Lunch...

... and a Jello, Fruit and Whipped Topping thingy!

Dad cannot hear anything Mom says so he doesn't often go into her room to "talk" but she is so feeble and we felt it might perk her up a bit... I don't think Dad realized just how she had deteriorated in the last few days and weeks...

Rob dressed for dinner :-)

We had Sloppy Joe's for Lunch with Cole Slaw and Potato Chips...

Molly was at her Mom's helping with some things
and didn't make it for lunch...

Mom enjoyed visiting with Rob...
She has moments of clarity, but they are few and far between...

Went out to put the chicken feed away and found three more eggs :-)

Roxanne caught a frog... probably trying to hibernate in the garden...
and EVERYONE wanted a bite!

Made Dad and Lanny some chicken noodle soup
and then Lanny left for evening service...

Star Trek and YouTube Homesteading
and Microgreen videos
for me tonight :-)

Goodnight Y'all...
God bless and Sweet Dreams...
and pray for Mom's sleep and mine :-)

“There was never a night or a problem
that could defeat sunrise or hope.”

  1. Heavenly Father I come to you this evening to lift up Peggy I pray father that she will get some relief from the confusion and have some peace and comfort. I also pray for Paul as I know this is hard for him to deal with. I also lift up Debbie and Lanny and Paula and Robbie and Molly who I know all contribute to their care I just asked for strength for them to carry on because I know all this is a dream come true for Debbie to have them with her so she can care for them. Thank you Father for all your goodness and Mercies in his name I pray amen
