Quiet Time...
"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me."
Galatians 2:20 KJV

Rise and Shine...
it is supposed to be a nice, sunny day!
Waiting for her Daddy to come in...
Microgreen Time...
This one is second day growth...
This is third day...
This one will be harvested today or tomorrow...
Running a Candy Batch in the Freeze Dryer...
Out to the Barnyard!
Three in the coop...
and later, one under the stairs...
Becoming a routine...
I go in and give them their breakfast
and sit with them for awhile...
I let them out a little later
when I can keep a better eye on them...
Sparkley Day...
And berries for the birds!
We could not have planned this any better...
the morning sun streams into the Chicken Coop
and into the Goat House...
they LOVE it!
Started two new trays today...
Made the men Biscuits and Gravy for Breakfast...
Opal on the Goat Fort...
Pepper was out doing her daily ritual...
unfortunately, when she got back in
and started arranging the eggs she broke one...
I took it out and there was a developing chick in it :-(
The good news is that she is doing a great job,
she just has trouble moving that many eggs around...
Now there are six...
Playing and Sunning...
And resting under my chair...
they like to be close to us...
Rhoda is sunning as well...
They are all either sleeping, sunning or eating...
I put chicken wire all around the little garden
and around our back yard to try to keep the wild bunnies out...
All the squatting and up and down...
I am already sore!!!
What a job!
Anyway, we shall see...
*****
Paula and Shelly continue work on the new Horse Pasture...
getting close to putting up the electric wire
and then letting them OUT!!!
They will love it!
Made Lanny and Dad a Deli Ham Sandwich for lunch...
I took Lanny's out to him in the pasture...
he is helping them put up the gates...
Fiona seems to like the chickens
a LOT!
And they like her!
The American Wisteria is ready to bloom!
And the American Honeysuckle has been blooming
for a week or two...
These are some HEAVY gates!!!
But the four of us got 'er done!
I was making dinner and looked at the Goat Cam and saw this!
Willie "dead" in his food bowl... :-)
well, I did have a bit of a scare but figured he was asleep...
I went out with a banana and he jumped right up!!!
Just like a little child that falls asleep while eating...
they ARE still babies :-)
I had some left over Mimi-Lada's in the freezer
so I took those out and heated them up
and added some Bean Burritos and Voila!
Mexican Dinner!
We went out for a bit and let the goats out to play
before going in for the night...
Fiona is fainting a LOT...
Mary Lou said she would
and hopefully it is not a bad thing...
Poor little girl....
They are enjoying this pine branch Lanny brought in...
I am beat!
Not sure what is on the Big Screen tonight...
I'll let you know tomorrow..
Goodnight Family and Friends...
God bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
