Quiet Time...
"Let no man despise thy youth;
but be thou an example of the believers,
in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit,
in faith, in purity."

Good Morning World...
When I first get up I go out and open the big bay doors
so the cats can come and go
and I also check my Worm Farm...
they have made some babies :-)
Info tells me that it takes about 3 months
for the population to double
and it has been about 1 1/2 months
so I guess they are getting busy :-)
They will be used for our garden,
for the chickens
AND for Lanny and Dad to use as bait
out in the big pond...
Quiet Time...
Murphy chose a different spot this morning...
It threw Maggie off a bit,
but she got over it...
Time to check on the Microgreens...
These two need another day under weight...
This one another day of Black Out...
The two small trays will be harvested today...
I'll put them in the freeze dryer...
Peas...
Broccoli and Spinach out of the Freeze Dryer...
Out to the Barnyard!
Fish even beg...
Diving for algae...
Turtles are out and about...
One bathing...
And one waiting to get in...
One of the American Honeysuckle...
American Wisteria...
The other Honeysuckle...
Peas, Broccoli and Spinach
packaged and ready for the shelf...
Fiona is still pretty shy
but is getting more comfortable with Lanny...
Gave him a kiss on the nose...
Made the men Fried Duck Eggs,
Sausage Patty and Toast for Breakfast...
Prepping to can some ground beef...
Eight Pints into the canner...
I LOVE having ground beef ready on the shelf!!
Sweet Tree Swallow...
Maggie and Murphy were sunning
while I watered the potted plants...
Enjoying fresh Soldier Fly Grubs!
Elsa just laid an egg...
Not sure what Bucky was doing...
he may have been demonstrating to one of the hens
how comfortable this nest site would be...
IN the goat house...
Sparkley Day...
Ground Beef is done...
cooling and sealing on the counter...
Harvesting the Microgreens
for the Freeze Dryer...
Two trays out to the birds...
This is a mole tunnel...
right across the drive in front of the Goat House...
daring little devils...
they are really creating a problem in our garden!
I guess now they want to mess up
my herb garden as well...
This is a favorite spot for the goats to lounge...
close to the kitchen gate and shady until after noon...
Had supper a tad early...
left over Hot Dogs... Open Faced...
We are heading down the hill
to see a production Sadie is in at the PlayHouse...
I will share pics tomorrow :-)
I will share the Barnyard video when we get home tonight...
sorry :-)
Goodnight Family and Friends!
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!!
