Wake up Sleepy Head...
that was me this morning...
not sure why...
My Sleep Watch says
I had 6 hours and 55 minutes sleep...
69% was restfull with 1.2% sleep disruption...
So, Up and At 'Em!
Dad got up around 5:30
but I was ready for him...
The usual Pack Members
for Bible Study...
5:45 Microgreen Management Time...
Out to the Barnyard!
Had a drip on the Faucet
that was causing some moisture in the Shade Shop
where we have the hay...
Nothing is ever cut and dry...
He had some major work to do
when the cheaply made part broke off in the hose...
I put the Tomato Sauce that finished Freeze Drying
into some Pint Jars...
this is a cool gadget that sucks the air out
of the jars and seals them for short term storage...
I will use this stuff pretty quick.
It is SO good rehydrated for sauce
but also for Tomato Juice.
I am going to powder some of my freeze dried mixed veggies
and add it to make V8 Juice!
The turtles are enjoying breakfast.
They ate right after I put it out.
Perhaps they are seeing the routine!
Ducks are SO silly...
they lay anywhere and everywhere.
One here in Lanny's tool area,
one in the corner the coop,
one in the corner of the goat house
and one just out in the driveway!
And the little Tree Swallow
again let me photograph her IN the birdhouse...
Looks like at least four eggs so far...
Lanny had help again
as he was fixing the faucet and hose...
Made the men Fried Duck eggs,
Sausage Patty, Toast
and a Slice of Banana Bread for Breakfast...
Lanny opened up the back of the yard
for the critters to explore...
The tomatoes are doing ok...
I am not excited yet...
still not sure if this soil back here
will let them grow to their full potential...
Contender Beans...
Fiona scratching her back and neck...
she does this often...
her personal scratching ledge...
Lanny helped me cut up candy for the Freeze Dryer...
Now the goats go in their house to rest whenever they want...
the door is open and they go in voluntarily...
And berries out to the critters...

I fed the men some lunch...
Deli Turkey Sandwiches and Chips
while we watched Calvary Sunday Service...

Planted another Microgreens tray...
And harvested two small ones...
Out to the chicks...
Baked on Hawaiian Rolls split open
with a little cheese...
topped with Slaw...
It'll Do!
Day is done!!!
For some reason I have been behind all day...
But all is well...
I am ready to settle down
with my pack for a movie...
