Monday on Walden's Mountain... July 31

Quiet Time...

"Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."
Ephesians 3:20-21 KJV
*****
Monday Morning!

The usual set up :-)

Murphy on one side and Maggie on the other...

Lanny has to take his blood sugar and give himself insulin

in the mornings so he doesn't always get in to join the gang

until a little later...

5:45
Microgreen Time...

These two get to come into the light today...

These two need another day of weight...

maybe two more days...

I had to move Max from the bed so I could make it...

I laid him here and he liked it...

Fed the fur kids

and headed out to

the Barnyard!

Left Over Popcorn...

Lanny sorting in his Pole Barn Shop...

Had to make some turtle food

so I gave the chickens and Fiona (baby doesn't like 'em)

some peas and carrots!

I made the men some Pancakes

and Sausage for Breakfast...

Put some Skittles into the Freeze Dryer

for Wednesday orders...

Then I headed down the hill to town for a Dental Appointment...

Lanny and Dad went to the bank,

then to get some Diesel fuel...

and then to grab a Hot Dog for lunch...

When I came home they were sitting in the doorway

of the Big Barn having a picnic...

I didn't get a picture...

I had stopped at the Food City

and picked up a few groceries...

my hands were full :-)

*****

When I went out back the goats didn't come running as usual.

I called to them but no answer.

Then I saw them out in the back behind the garden.

I called a little louder and they came running...

so excited that Fiona fainted.

Poor little girl, she faints often...

Any time she gets excited.

But she is learning to stop and faint on her feet

and not fall over!

I gave the critters some cold spaghetti noodles

to help them cool off...

and some cold lettuce...

the goats love the lettuce

but did eventually go over

and try to find some spaghetti...

Lanny has been trying to mow the back yard

for a couple days and finally caught a break...

a cloud passed over and it was only 89 degrees...

For supper we had Fried Chicken

(I grabbed it at the Food City),

Yellow Rice with Mixed Veggies,

Fries and Salad,

and Toasted Garlic Herb Bread...

with extra garlic on top :-)

Chores are all done...
I am in my Jammies
and ready for the third
Pirates of the Caribbean...

Goodnight Y'all...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams
