Good Morning Wednesday...
Ready for Dad...
but he didn't get up until a little after 6 today...
Little bit different mix this morning...
Mitzi snuggled on my left
and Maggie had to lay in the middle...
Murphy was in his usual spot...
No changes in the Greens Room...
... except these two will be harvested today...
Out to the Barnyard...
The sky was very red this morning,
but the camera didn't pick it up!
Look closely...
the turtle is eating breakfast :-)
I gave the girls some organic banana peels
and Buffy stole a few right out of their mouths...
these chickens are FEARLESS!!
Made the men a Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Onion Omelet
with Microgreens tossed in...
and Toast...
Lanny and Dad delivered my Oak Ridge orders after breakfast...
for lunch I made them Grilled Cheese
and then Lanny and I drove down the hill
for an afternoon outing...
We delivered Sheila's bread,
ran in to the UGO and found a couple good buys,
Sheila took this out the rear window as she drove away...
we were walking to the store...
I thought it was cute :-)
and then we headed to Costco...
We shopped a little, ate an ice cream from the Food Court
and then headed back to Oak Ridge.
We went to the Krogers because I needed some jalapeño
peppers and cilantro for salsa I will be making tomorrow...
For Supper we had Costco Rotisserie Chicken...
you can't go to Costco without getting one :-)
Mixed Veggies, and Yams...
After supper we go out and let the dogs roam around
while I get the goats and chickens settled for the evening...
Elsa is broody (we have no drakes
so it won't do her a bit of good)
and I have to run her off the nest every day :-)
