I tried to lay there a little later this morning...
My body clock just will not do it...
even when I haven't had enough sleep :-)
I have Dad on the monitor at all times...
but also wanted to show you that pretty fire
my man makes every morning...

No changes...
I REALLY need to plant some lettuce and greens...
my get up and go has done got up and went these last few days!!
Out to the Barnyard..
Baby has found a new perch...
I am sure Fiona could get up there but she never tries...
Rolls for an order this week...
She is STILL up there...
they do love the sun!!
No matter what I make for Dad
he has some reason he cannot eat it...
SO...
we told him that he MUST drink 3 of the Boost Plus
(360 calories, protein and vitamins)
every day if he isn't going to eat...
PERIOD!!!
So he has had two today and I will
give him another later this evening...
I bought a Costco Rotisserie Chicken, added Mac and Cheese,
Mixed Veggies and Fries...
all because earlier Dad said he would eat those things...
well, he didn't.
He took one bite of the veggies... couldn't chew them...
a couple bites of the chicken but just couldn't swallow...
He is a rather difficult patient...
The bath nurse came today
and gave him a good bed bath and lotioned him up...
Hopefully that kept him awake long enough to add a little night sleep time...
We will watch the next Star Trek tonight...
