Quiet Time...

““Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. “Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. “Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
Matthew 5:3-12 NASB1995

*****
From last night...
waiting for me to clean up the kitchen
and get myself in the bed :-)
Rise and Shine!!!
Pile of Pups...
Pack Time...
Door is open,
even tho it wasn't real cool...
Into the Garden...
well, the inside Garden :-)
Not a lot of progress...
I find it harder to do this sort of thing
than the doilies...
And I don't think I do as well in straight lines...
Lanny's lunch....
but he ended up NOT going today
because of rain...
Makin Breakfast...
And they are ALL very interested...
Waiting for their turn...
they ALL got a nibble :-)
Out to the Barnyard!
It was just sprinkling rain...
Maggie is smelling that big ole' rat I saw a couple days ago...
I need that big snake to do his job!!
Fiona does NOT like rain,
no matter how light...
Pup Pile Pickup...
Lanny brought home a burrito...
he had to run down to Home Depot...
Sparkly Day...
These two BOTH liked the berries today...
Fiona loves the juice...
We took a short siesta...
The girls are enjoying some melon rinds...
Lanny bought some catfish filets while we were
at Ingles... I baked them
(I love fried food but it is just better to bake...)
I also had some Pennsylvania Dutch Squash from last year
and I baked that as well...
Not too bad :-)
Lanny went back out after supper
to work on the porch awning
a bit since he is home...
And Max is enjoying the evening
on the patio ...
Chores are all done...
inside and out...
The Goats are secure...
the chicken feed bucket is out of rodent reach :-)
Time to clean up and settle down
for our evening pack time
on the couch...
...tonight we continue with our Old War Movies...
1977 "Grey Lady Down"
Charleton Heston :-)
Goodnight All...
God Bless
and
Sweet Dreams!
