Making Lanny's Egg Muffins...
the ducks aren't laying right now
so I am having to use the chicken eggs...
they taste fabulous, of course,
but they aren't as big or as rich as the duck eggs...
I mix in my freeze dried peppers, onions, cheese,
add salt, pepper and garlic,
and bacon or sausage...
Out the Kitchen Window...

Yesterdays Sparkly Berries...
it was late when I decanted
so I put the berries in the fridge...
Made another batch of hummingbird food...
I concentrate sugar and water, cup to cup
and store in the fridge...
then when ready to put in the feeders
I use one part concentrate and three parts water
and it is perfect... I have several quick feedings
in the fridge that way.
Put the tray of Microgreens out for the critters...
Feeding animal crackers thru the fence
so the chickens won't steel it :-)
Cheese and crackers for my lunch...
Left over Sausage and Cabbage
for Lanny...
Then a quick snooze...
In the Craft Room...
Made Chili Mac for Supper...
We LOVE Chili Mac!!!
Well, chores are done,
we are in our Jammies
and ready for the evening...
